Visualization to Manifest the Life You Want

Sometimes there is a difference between what we think we want for our life and what our true nature or our soul wants. Sometimes we get so comfortable with our life (job, level of income, relationships, etc.) that either we think or feel we are on purpose with our life or there is too much fear to even consider something different. But as we heal and peel away our masks, limiting beliefs, old habits, etc. we may start to think, feel, or know that parts of our life are empty, flat, and just don’t fill us up anymore. We start to feel uncomfortable in the parts of our life that used to be comfortable.

Our true nature or soul begins to ‘tap’ on us from the inside; the universe ‘jolts’ us from the outside, or both. Either way, we feel the change that is approaching, even if we don’t know what it is and very often feel fear in this state of uncertainty.

Think back at a time when you were uncertain about something; about a new relationship, new job, you moved, you had your first child, you got divorced, you purchased your first home or car. Remember? Remember the excitement with that uncertainty? Yes, maybe your level of responsibility is different now, but never the less, you were uncertain back then, a bit scared, and a bit excited. However, you took action regardless of the uncertainty and fear. And that is the most important thing you can do when feeling scared is take action! Otherwise, you become immobile and stuck, and the fear grows regardless.

When you do this visualization, I ask that you DREAM BIG! All the dreams that you have put aside, the things your heart still draws you to…those are the thoughts you are to focus on.

First sit down and create on paper all the past, present, and future dreams you have and still want to manifest. Even if they seem far fetched and silly, impossible and crazy. If it is still a dream for you, write it down. Get details! Who, what, where, when! Never mind the how!

As you write it, FEEL it! Your heart will swell, gratitude will fill, tears may even come…even for you hard core unemotionals.

ARE YOU READY!

This visualization is to be done for 21 days, minimum. You will begin with creating in your mind “Your greatest year” then, your greatest day, then, your greatest moment. Picture the details. Feel what it feels like. Focus. If any negative thoughts come in, quickly move them aside, and focus again on your greatest year, then, your greatest day, then, your greatest moment. Close with a prayer or give thanks for your dreams to manifest.

If you have a difficult time quieting your mind, do SRI before you visualize. And practice, practice, practice. Stay committed.

21 days – Be committed. At the end of the 21 days, BUY something that is in the vision of your greatest moment.

You may consider continuing this beyond 21 days. I, personally, have been doing it for 6 weeks and am committed to doing it daily for life!

The more you practice this, the easier the visualization becomes and the more you can stay in the feeling of it, rather than the thinking of it!
